14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packed when returning.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
